Welcome! ​I'm an Associate Professor of Spanish in the Department of Modern and Classical Languages at Niagara University.

​My research and teaching center on contemporary Latin America, and I'm the author of The Other Border Wars: Conflict and Stasis in Latin American Culture, published by University of Pittsburgh Press in 2024. I hold a Ph.D. in Spanish from the University of Michigan and an M.A. in Modern Languages and Critical Theory from the University of Nottingham.
